Our Approach – the 5 Ochiba Steps

Because Ochiba have been implementing and supporting SAP Business One since 2005 we understand that every business is different and has it’s own needs.

To make sure each project is successful and exceeds your expectations we’ve developed the ‘5 Ochiba Steps’.

1 – Project Launch

The first step is to create the project team so a kick-off session can finalise everything discussed in the sales process. This makes sure the project team are completely up-to-date with the initial plan.  We will also install the software and any hardware needed will be delivered.

2 – Project Definition

Your consultant will work closely with you to make sure they fully understand your business processes and requirements. They’ll then start training sessions to make sure everyone knows how to use the new system. Once they’re familiar will how you do things they’ll configured the system to meet your needs and create a “Blueprint” for the future project.

3 – Project Delivery

Your system will then be built and your data entered to create a pilot system that can be used to test and further define the final version.  This process will highlight any new issues that arise as you become more familiar with SAP B1 and its potential.  This means that we can draw up final plans to make sure everything is fully tested before being signed off.

4 – Final Preparation

The next step is to import your live data into the new system so final training can be carried out. After a few last checks you can then switch over to your new SAP Business One system.

5 – Go Live Support

Above all, we’ll support you until you’re confident with the system and iron out any unexpected issues that may arise.  When both sides are happy our support team will take over to make sure you’re always able to work to your optimum.
